i use the Encheferizer(swedish chef bork bork bork!) and the miserable users mod(both on here just search them)

I find that even if a troll is saying terrible stuff it's entertaining when 'borked'.

I also use Multiple Login Detector to detect multiple logins and Maximum New Threads/Replies to stop thread spamming.

You can't stop a determined troll getting on your site - best off to get as many laughs out of them as possible.
