I have many posts and threads going to the moderation queue and I can't figure out why. I had the askimet mod installed, and thought that might be the culprit, however I uninstalled that, but am still getting thread and posts going to the moderation queue, and it is annoying. I have tried to find a pattern, and can't find any. I have all moderation options disabled in the usergroup settings, and it doesn't happen all the time to every user in a usergroup - it seems to happen randomly. I know that this is kind of vague, and that my forum is heavily modified, so it is hard to debug from your end, however I was hoping that someone might be able to help me figure out what the problem might possibly be.
