Upload the images to your skin's misc directory, eg http://www.yoursite.com/SKINSTYLE/misc/

For the navbar, you'll need to disable the auto edit, and manually edit the navbar template, putting in http://www.YOURSITE.com/forum/billspaypal.php? for the address.

I managed to get the drop down currency to work, so that the end user can chose from a selection , had to edit the product file a little though;
