ok , let me post my opinion.

its ok , i would say , simple , the colors arent well "organized" Uniformed shall we say.

As princeton mentioned , Get a new forum style similar to the header, it looks thrown in there, it doesn't have a structure, just "out of place" , they seem to be very good forums , however , make it presentable and professional as intended.

Content is excellent , you just need work on your style and such.
