Wow. None of those issues should have taken place. Sounds like the db might be a little mangled.
Go back into your phpMyAdmin and do a SELECT ALL, making sure you are looking at ALL the tables. Not just the first 30 listed, and at the bottom should be a drop down list. Choose REPAIR.
Your phpMyAdmin will run for a sec or to. You'll get a few tables that get a comment about "This table blah blah blah....." Just ignore those.
Then do a select all again, and choose OPTIMIZE. Again, it will run through and you'll get those same few comments.
Not sure if this will help your current issue, but if anything it will clean up and benefit your db, regardless of the arcade tables that were added.
