As the title explains, i need to Auto Enable/Disable a Plugin via a Schedulued Task.

The reason i need to do this is because on my forum javascript randomly gets disabled every weekday by one of my plugins. I dont know which one and its not a template related problem either. I found that when i enable and disable the "Plugin Based Template Cache" plugin, the javascript problem is corrected. But i have to do this manually every day and during the time before i fix it, javascript is broken.

Any idea how i can accomplish this?
