Whatever you put in the Adcode field is added to your forum. So if Google have given you a few lines of code to add, you paste it into the adcode box. Adcode is what is displayed, the settings are how, where and for who it is displayed.

Problem fixed i needed to use #shared#<br/> in Static advertisement code for the Posts/Pms advertisment, and enable html parse feature to get google ads appear .
