Very nice custom layout! The greys/greens go really well together and it is very easy to read.

Make your adsense on the RHS blend into the page more perhaps.. Its sort of out of the way and no one is going to look there anyway.

Custom logos look ace too. I'm not sure what else I would fix up. Only part I don't like is how far you have to scroll to view the forums!
