This wouldn't be easy as you would need to create an entire new interface for the "Manager" to be able to manage his clients/artists, which probably would be a back-end like system with appropriate permissions etc, and then you would have to make a couple of modifications to the profiles system and the pm system...

It's do-able but you are more likely to get success in the "Requests for Paid Services" forum as I can't see there being a big market in this...

I'm planning on releasing an update of an old vB 2 modification that would sort-of suit your purposes, but it won't be out for another couple of months as I have a 2 week holiday and a few intensive weeks of work afterwards before I will have the development time...
