what was the answer as I'm having the same issue.

For those that want to do the same thing..I'm not sure this is the correct way to do it but here is what worked for me.

I went into the admin cp

Under the styles and templates menu go to style manager

Under style manager hit the <> button

Under the default style templates go to the Printable thread templates.

click on printthread and delete all the html code in the box and hit save and reload

then go to the printthreadbit option and delete all the html code in there and click save and reload.


This still leaves the printable option in thread tools but when clicked brings them to a blank page. There may be a cleaner way to do this but this worked fine for me and all the other features on my board are working great. ... I'm still working on how to prevent right clicks in for the print copy and paste otpions but that is another topic and thread...posted below as I realize many who are looking for this topic will more than likely be looking for that also.
