Would be much more convenient and would make more sense to make the "What's New-Mods" block the first item on the left, instead of having to scroll down? I mean the other blocks above that one change only once a month. It is common sense in web design to present the new info first and in that page, only that What's New-Mods block changes constantly and can be considered new info.

So why do you want to force us to scroll down? It's the same as if you were going to cnn.com and have to read everything else before digging your way to find the news.
