i got 7k+ members and i just use either vbshout v3 or a nice new one called inferno vbshout lite which is quite good! other than those all i can recommend is use Flashchat v4?

with vbshout v3 you can restrict who can view or use it and also make it bigger on the screen...

im yet to find better!
