Problem here is helicopters. Some nut head @ 2-5 AM always races down the valley w/ a cop chopper and 6 news choppers for 2-3 hours @ 2-3 times a week.

What a waste of time, fuel and man power.
All they need to do is fire a few shots in that car and haul it off.

Just put up some cable crossing the valley in several places and no more helicopters
