I have a product that uses the phrase/language system.

What function can I use to retrieve all the phrases of all languages in a certain group?

I'm using fetch_custom_phrases right now, but that makes you supply a language ID, and considering the languages used differ from forum to forum, I need this to be dynamic.

Other question is, is there a setting for a users' language ID, so I know which phrase to use?
