Looks like it's five columns across, with column two being twice the width of the others (so set your columns for 17%, 32%, 17%, 17%, 17%), and the forum background is teh same color as teh module backgrounds to make it look like on page. Only a dotted line (image?) acts as the column separator.
They have heavily customized the NAVBAR, stripping away almost every option.
Some of the modules have their titlebar suppressed.

While this is a serious overhaul of the forum style, it's all 100% do-able.
