I'm running vBulletin 3.6.7 PL1.

I would like somebody to help me.
I already have the forum up, and the Ad Management script is already up on my forum.

I WILL PAY $100 (through Paypal)

I just need to:

1) Make Adsense appear on header, after first post and after last post (3 spots per thread as Google TOS).
2) I would like to make a sharing of 60% (me) / 40% user starting the thread. Do you now if it is possible to set a system where 50% (me) / 10% moderator of that section / 40% user starting thread?
3) Do not display the adsense on forbidden pages (signup, login, etc.)
