So finding the problem of Zend and IONCUBE can cause a lot of problems, as you had vbseo installed and the Zend version with it. So as a note to anyone that has issues with IONCUBE and Zend, you can simply just add a Zend Extension to your php.ini as an example:
See the first line? I installed ioncube to a folder under Zend and took it from there by adding the line zend_extension = /usr/local/Zend/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so
