Hmmmm - I didn't realize there were any problems.... I just did a regular install and edited the templates to better match my Forum's skin... I did edit the style code slightly to make it so when you roll over the ▼ it shows the help cursor...

As far as latest posts button to show - find the option in the AdminCP vBulletin Options ---> vBulletin Options ---> [AJAX] Alp Pro - Top X ---> Show Popular Thread --- Make sure Yes is selected
