There's no vBulletin.org modification to cache those numbers (but I can be missing it of course).

If you want full server stats with graphs etc., have a look at Cacti. It can give you stats of the traffic, server loads, CPU usage, logged in users, ... But you need server access and some knowledge about it to install it properly.
