I have customized the contactus template in Style Manager and my contact us page looks as below:

The HTML tags which I included in the template are as follows:

<DIV><INPUT id=rb_subj0 type=radio value=0 name=subject>Registration / How to Join&nbsp;&nbsp;<font size="-2" color=#000080><a href="http://www.indusladies.com/forums/register.php">Please try this first!</a></font></DIV>

<DIV><INPUT id=rb_subj1 type=radio value=1 name=subject>Membership Activation&nbsp;&nbsp;<font size="-2" color=#000080><a href="http://www.indusladies.com/forums/faqs/1324-i-have-not-received-my.html">Please try this first!</a></font></DIV>

and so on.

Now when someone sends mail say clicking the option "Membership Activation" ( which has the value=1 in the html tag) the mail that I receive is with the subject "Indusladies Contact Us Form - 1".
But I need to map this value 1 to the text "Membership Activation" and I want the mail to be with the subject "Indusladies Contact Us Form - Membership Activation.
Please tell me there is any edits required in the sendmessage.php page also.
