I have done that twice. I've removed them all, and re-downloaded the package from the site and uploaded again and everything and it's still happening.

Okay, I am in the process of uploading and overwriting everything again, and I'm getting these error messages as I try to upload:

I am using the latest version of Firefox's FireFTP -- could the problem be the FTP program?

Since I can't seem to get rid of the folders that "don't exist" I tried renaming it. It did allow me to do that, so I am in the process of uploading it all again. Let's hope it works this time.
