any site catering to internet technologies, programming or webmasters will see the opposite of what most non-tech sites see ... most webmasters use firefox.

the rest of the world still uses IE but seems to be slowly moving away from it ... but frankly ... most users just don't care ... until their system gets hosed yet again and they finally decide to take the advice of the person fixing it.
