I tried to visit your site but seems that Guests don't have permissions to see vbjournal. In any case I've noticed that except the traditional Arabic right to left, you've the scroll bar moved to left too, something I didn't seen in other Arabic sites. Are you using any special template or code? Maybe this causes the problem.
