Ok

When moderator takes action against any user such as banning for few days or deleting his posts, these actions should recoreded in a private profile for that user as a reference that helps the mod to know about the user history.

example

username jone
# of deleted threads: 15 ViewLink
# of deleted posts: 5 ViewLink
# of specific action taken by Mod: x
...
...
...
...
then when we click the ViewLink we should see those threads that had been deleted if they still in the database.



any one can do this will be appreaciated
