Your header image is considerably large 60KB, your site also doesn't seem to load that fast so that isnt helping anything. The frontpage does not pass XHTML validation, even if you ignore the first error: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...Inline&group=0

Consider trying to optmize your sites images and then fix the xhtml errors.
