im new to ebay and buying something off there has not been a good experience.
I paid for soemthing up front by paypal and seller refuses to send it because im not verified.
Im pretty annoyed because i have to wait longer while i verify my account on paypal while they deposit 2 small amounts in my account.
The seller has my money and its been over a week with nothing to show.

I dont want help to solve my problem all i want to know is the seller within his right to ask me to verify my account before he sends me anything and is it ebays and paypals policy for sellers to only send stuff to verified accounts.

If so why dont sellers say in there sales if you are unverified then dont bother paying me because you wont get anything.Would save a lot of bother futher on down the line.
