I had a mod once when i used phpbb that was called Global images.
What it does is make users be able to choose from a list of pictures to insert in their post message.
The images are loading from a special directory where the admin will upload the pics with a module from the ACP.

I couldn't find something similar for VBulletin so here it goes.
Did i overlook something or is someone willing to create something like this?
