na, it has nothing to do with ripfuel changing settings. I witnessed it myself when one of my other users let me log on their account. Same exact error. I did tons and tons of testing before posting about this. It reallly comes down to the chatbox randomly disappearing even with the usergroup enabled. If a chatbox disappears, you have to delete the account, merge it to another, and then move it back, and poof... chatbox comes back up. If i have to record a video, i will
