Hi, I have looked for this but I am unable to find this which is compatible with my version of VB, what I am looking for is a shoutbox that gives users the ability to turn it off themselves via the usercp, so that members who do not wish to have the shoutbox can turn it off and users who do wish to have it can leave it on.

Any help is appreciated.
