Well if you set up SMTP this is just like setting up a POP3 account inside a mail client such as outlook and etc... Once you have a successful connection setup inside vbmailer will login to this connection using our pop3 class to handle all the bounces accordingly.

What I would do is this:

Setup a new user on your forums with something like: lksfasklfsadfh8asdfhysauidf@aol.com as their e-mail address.

After having all of the SMTP in place, vbMailer will take care of the rest when you send out an e-mail. From Sending the e-mail, to handling the bounces and then making sure they are inactivated on all e-mail correspondence to and from the forums (and sent a PM inside the FULL version which you have I believe). Follow me so far?
