Here's what I want to do:

I want the ability for my visitors to input certain data about their vehicles into a table or flat file from within vBulletin. I think I'll only need about 10 fields. I guess you could think of this as a kind of registration database. Is there a way to do this, or an existing template that I could modify? I'm open to any ideas or suggestions.
