So finding the problem of Zend and IONCUBE can cause a lot of problems, as you had vbseo installed and the Zend version with it. So as a note to anyone that has issues with IONCUBE and Zend, you can simply just add a Zend Extension to your php.ini as an example:

zend_extension = /usr/local/Zend/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so
zend_extension_manager.optimizer=/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-3.2.2
zend_extension_manager.optimizer_ts=/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer_TS-3.2.2
zend_optimizer.version=3.2.2
zend_extension=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager.so
zend_extension_ts=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager_TS.so

See the first line? I installed ioncube to a folder under Zend and took it from there by adding the line zend_extension = /usr/local/Zend/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so

Which he had this error when viewing our mod:

Site error: the file /home/xxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/forums/admincp/vbmailer.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Overall in layman's terms, IT WORKS!
