vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Always same post on 1st post every page

Hello,
I was looking around for couple times already for this one. Basically I would like something like vB.org Mods folder where when coder create new MOd, their mod description show on the top post every single page, as well as the right side that show about the coder. I would like to change it to include a small logo and url to the thread where they can copy and put on their site.
