Hi, this is pretty simple.

To add a badge, add the badge(s) to your /forum/images/ranks folder via your website control panel / ftp program.
Go to your administrator control panel, press User Ranks > Add new User Rank >
Number of times to repeat rank: 1 (if you want it to show on their every post and on their user profile)
Usergroup: - which usergroup will this apply too?
Minimum Posts: How many posts much any user in that usergroup have to achieve this badge
Stack Rank (If chosen, the rank will be stacked when appearing with other ranks. Otherwise the rank will be placed to the left of other ranks. In html terms, this option controls whether or not a <br /> tag is inserted before the rank.)
Display Type: I think you would choose Always
User Rank File Path: images/*PUT YOUR IMAGE OF YOUR RANK HERE, NOTE: THIS IS CASE-SENSITIVE)
You can enter text on the field below.

Select Save.

After that, you will need to go to the maintenance section of your admincp >
Update Counters > Update User Titles and Ranks
