Is there a way to set the default option for thread (Thread Display Options) viewing for users to "Linear Oldest first"? If so where is that setting located?

Currently in a users CP it defaults to "Linear Newest First" but I need it to default to "Linea Oldest first' without the user having to change anything. So is there an ad min setting or code hack for this?
