I cant get into my Admin cp on VB to Run a Repair Tables

I cant connect Via SSH telnet or Putty and when i execute the Repair Command in phpmyadmin i get Acess Denined , I have contacted my host and am waiting for them to repair the table , I tried to export it and re import it and my browser timed out on the import so i dont know what happened .

What does this table hold? anything important ?

When looking at the database structure in phpmyadmin it only goes to the table above vbguest and stops and says .....

in operations tab i only see the following options

Structure only
Structure and data
Data only
CREATE DATABASE before copying
Add DROP TABLE
Add AUTO_INCREMENT value
Add constraints
Switch to copied database
