hi everybody ,

i was surfing the net over here and there, and i found out that some forums are using vbulletin with the system of HTML insteal of PHP

for example : www.domainname.com/forum/index.html OR forumdisplay.html etc....

i noticed that i can download an HTML version from my license area , but im just woundering, if it's a better system than the php system, coz i have noticed as well that u r using it as PHP !

is it safe to switch it to HTML ?
and what makes it better if yes ?
