Near the top you will find "define('THIS_SCRIPT', 'forumdisplay');"

This defines the name of that page. If you add forumdisplay to the Page Deployment area in the ACP then it will show on all forum display pages. (As long as you have <!--{%SHOUTBOX%}--> in the correct templates

maybe this should be included as instructions in the zip, would've considered buying the pro version if someone from inferno technologies told me how to do this, it couldn't take long to type surely....
