i find that my staff say they will do their jobs and stay active... after they do everything to finally reach moderation level and then get sick of the job and online things they have to do... so i've been through alot of staff.
but at the moment im running 4 including myself..

i have one that is brilliant, one thats just really nice to people and the other is an awesome friend who taught him self how to do stuff to set up the entire forum at the start...

and im basically the main person
