That would do nothing other than completely kill vbulletin, please do not post ridiculous advice.
This modification has a completely invalid product id (obviously manually edited in the product XML file) - if you import it into vbulletin versions prior to 3.6.8 then the only way you can remove it is by manually deleting entries in the product and plugin tables (using phpmyadmin).
A change was made in 3.6.8, but I don't know offhand what effect that will have (it won't fix the problem if you have already imported it).
