If I rename the forum.php (which originally was index.php) back to index.php and rename the cmps file to something else - then the forum will become the front page - there's no point in having cmps? ...

Or am I missing something?

Well after doing everything it says to do ... including

"Save and upload your forum.php back to your server." from the pop up window in the Arcade Admin ... I give up!!

Judging by all of the threads in here it's obviously buggy and that's what I came across to vBulletin to get away from ....
