Resizing where you view your PM's Basically usercp, Pic attached

Hi

I'm trying to resize the usercp, where you do your editing of a member profile. currently the pic attached is how it looks now. what i want to do is resize everything so it stays within the length of the header. can someone please advise me of how to do this, thank you.
