Hello,

This is all new to me, so it will be a completly new experience to me, i have done a little HTML and some python and VB .Net, i am however very computer literate, so i can run a server, host a website, ect.

anyways, i need some advice on a few things, so here is the situation:

i have been asked, because of my pervious involvement with mental health support, and my computer skills, to set up an inschool forum for student to talk about their issues, including depression, sexual, physical and really, any teenager issues. so, to do this, i want to makes sure that users can remain anoymous, but will have a unique log in that can be seen by mods and admins.we will issue the students with usernames, and they can set their own password. i want to know if we can prevent people from creating new profiles, (to stop multiple alias's and so we can identify abuse)

is it possible to set up flags to look for certain words in posts? like, "death" "suicide" ect? and then send an email to a mod (probably a school councellor, teacher, ect)?

are there any other features that this pakage offers that i haven't even though of?

thanks for your help, i don't want details on "how to" just an 'overview' of what i can use.
