vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Threads to Default to Newest First ?????

I don't know why the VB is set to default to oldest first and has no option to set it to newest first. I'm not talking about any setting here in user cp either or admincp. I already looked into this. When a vistor comes to the vb board and wants to view threads "NOT LOGGED IN," the board defaults to oldest first and there's not a setting to reverse this in admimCP. You can set the user default in user cp either way and that's great. BUT WHY IN THE WORLD NOT HAVE A CHOICE TO SET THE DEFAULT EITHER WAY??????????????

How's that suggestion?
