i'm using VBulletin version 3.5.5
I dont have the drop down box that you have shown in your post. what I do have instead is this text:

select: piped EUR|EURO USD|U.S. Dollars CAD|Canadian Dollars AUD|Australian Dollars GBP|Pounds Sterling CHF|Swiss Franc SEK|Swedish Krona NOK|Norwegian Krone DKK|Danish Krone CZK|Czech Koruna HUF|Hungarian Forint PLN|Polish Zloty NZD|New Zealand Dollar HKD|Hong Kong Dollar SGD|Singapore Dollar JPY|Yen

also I get the follow text for several other lines.
Allowed donate gives me:
select: piped 1|cybpaypal_sugg 2|cybpaypal_suggcus 3|cybpaypal_cus

Units of time for time periods:
select: piped 1|Days 2|Weeks 3|Months 4|Years

and
Statistics - Admins can view all, above groups can view:
select: piped 0|cybpaypal_cantseestats 1|cybpaypal_canseedon 2|cybpaypal_canseedonandamo

I followed the instructions in the txt file on how to install it. Not sure what went wrong
