user stay in Registered Users
while he propose to transfer to Banned Users

And use the Advanced Warning System first time
And I proceed the options well

To use automatic warnings prom private messages

1) a warning type called 'ObsceneWords'
2) the "post related warning" must be set to auto
3)you must have some censored words in vbulletin options
4)last but not least you must enable this feature
