I have also created a mod that updates the user post counts (in the postbit, profile) and also the forum stats Total Threads and Total Posts (on forum home) to include issues and issue notes. The downfall of this is that any other mods that use post counts or latest post functions may need to be modded as well.

On my own site I have had to modify my welcome headers and also the Top Posters mod. Let me know if anyone is interested in any of these other Project Tools integrations.
