I think a really nice feature for the store (as well as the lottery someone else said) would be trading in a way similar to some online games and the like, where you could choose an amount of credits to trade for an item from someone else, or trade some items of yours for some of theirs, etc. It would seriously open up a heck of a lot of possibilities.

Other things I would want are:

Integration with any forum based games (like the one you're working on at the site and the chess one), being able to get credits for winning at these games, and maybe bet credits on them?

With those, you've practically got every possible use of a fictional currency other than a casino.
