I would LOVE to see this simple plugin...
The script would pick a random winner based on certain conditions.

POSTCOUNT: Greater Than = XXXX
POSTID: Greater Than = XXXX
REG DATE: Earlier Than MMDDYYYY
REPUTATION: Greater Than = XXX
THREADS STARTED: Greater Than = XXXX
CONTEST DURATION: Weekly, Daily, Monthly etc... (OR Custom Dates From -> To)
And whatever other logical conditionals make sense...

The script would randomly select a post & user that meet these criteria, and tag the post with a "WINNER" message / graphic. The user sees instructions for how to collect the prize. The rest of the users see the WINNER Graphic.

Anyhow, this would be a simple way to run contests, and not have to research top posters, start dates, etc...

Maybe the ability to have multiple contests going at the same time. "Add Contest"

CONTEST DURATION / DATES:
CONTEST DESCRIPTION:
Other Params: Possibly Most Threads, Most Posts, Most Referrers (During contest dates)

Anyhow, I see a lot of people asking for contest mods, but haven't really found any suitable ones yet. This Mod would be fantastic!

Let me know if you pick this up to work on it as I may have some suggestions for features etc... not described here.
