Right the idea being:

when vbulletin update vb the email from them isnt normally sent straight away, and not all admins always check their admincp so...

can someone create a hack when there is a new news item in the vbnews that is shown at the top of the admincp, this news is automatically pmed to a specified userID or usergroup (well doubt it can be automated, most likley ran as a cron job once a day (or x hours depending on user choice?)

Hope that this made sense, and hope someone can code it!
